Eunice Ninet, MPH, RN

Eunice Ninet, MPH, RN is an accomplished nursing leader and executive specializing in care management, operational efficiency, and healthcare finance. During her time in the UCLA Executive MPH program, Eunice served at Cedars-Sinai as a Lead RN Case Manager before being promoted to Manager. Shortly after earning her EMPH in 2025, she was promoted to Associate Director of Care Management at Cedars-Sinai, leading clinical care coordination and system-level operations.

Throughout her EMPH studies, Eunice demonstrated exceptional academic and strategic excellence. She was awarded the 2025 Lee Thomassen Healthcare Finance Fellowship in recognition of her outstanding performance in financial management and accounting during her first year. In 2025, she was also inducted into the Upsilon Phi Delta National Honor Society in Healthcare Management.

Eunice applied her public health and administrative expertise to high-impact organizational and community projects. For her summer consulting project, she collaborated with classmate Alvin Wong to design and present a comprehensive plan for improving employee well-being at Cedars-Sinai. Additionally, Eunice teamed up with classmate Lisa Edwards for the EMPH Sinaiko Business Plan Competition to launch AgriCare, an innovative occupational health initiative delivering specialized safety packs to protect agricultural laborers on the front lines.
