John Tanouye coordinates Telehealth for Kaiser Permanente at South Bay medical center and for the SCAL region. He knows innovative technologies are key to lowering costs and enhancing the healthcare experience for patients and providers. He led projects on implementing electronic health records, self-service devices, interactive touchscreen displays, physician smartphones, virtual visits, and virtual exams.

John has a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
