Dr. Wortham is the managing director of Integre, Inc., a management consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California. She is a seasoned executive with expertise in health services management for both the public, and private sectors. Key focus areas include performance improvement, physician integration, and strategic planning.

Prior to founding Integre, Dr. Wortham held key management positions at several leading healthcare institutions. She served as the Executive Director at Kaiser Permanente; managing director of American Health Management; service-line administrator for out-patient and post-acute care services at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; and the director of business development for Scripps Affiliated Business Services.

Dr. Wortham has received several notable awards including the American Hospital Association’s Circle of Distinction Award for Marketing Excellence. She was presented with special commendation by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for the development of a successful marketing campaign for Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, and was recently inducted into Upsilon Phi Delta, the national health management honorary society.

Dr. Wortham holds a Masters in Public and a Doctorate in Public Health, Health Services Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. She currently teaches graduate courses in health services finance, and marketing at the UCLA School of Public Health. Dr. Wortham recently launched a Lean/Six Sigma Healthcare certification program that is collaboration between the UCLA Extension, and the UCLA School of Public Health.
