Suini Torres is an expert in clinical trial management and laboratory operations with a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. She is expected to graduate from the UCLA Executive Master of Public Health (EMPH) program in 2027. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 2018.

 

Suini has dedicated her career to date at IQVIA Laboratories, where she has held increasing responsibilities over six years. She currently serves as a Laboratory Project Services Manager, overseeing and managing all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects. Her core expertise lies in project management, regulatory compliance (GCP), and process improvements, managing the entire study lifecycle—from protocol review and plan development to budget monitoring and reporting.

 

During her tenure, Suini has successfully worked on a wide range of global therapeutic studies, served as a mentor and trainer for new project coordinators, and driven performance improvement initiatives. She is pursuing the EMPH to advance her interests in accessibility and harmonization, health equity and diversity within leadership, and the strategic application of quality assurance in public health management.
