Nicole Morales, MPH is a dedicated public health evaluator and research manager passionate about advancing health equity for low-income and underserved communities across Los Angeles. A proud first-generation college graduate raised in inner-city Los Angeles, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a focus on Culture and Society from UCLA before returning to complete her Executive MPH in 2025.

For her summer applied consulting project, Nicole partnered with classmates Daisy Wang and Dayanara Nieto Flores to work alongside LA General Medical Center, developing strategies to improve care transitions and connect emergency department patients with accessible primary care resources. Additionally, Nicole, Daisy, and Dayanara teamed up for the EMPH Sinaiko Business Plan Competition to launch Beyond Feet, an innovative street-medicine concept integrating specialized podiatric care with social support services to enhance the health and dignity of unhoused individuals.

Following her EMPH degree, Nicole joined The Lundquist Institute as a Research Evaluation Coordinator, based within the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services and affiliated with the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. In this role, she supports multi-year qualitative and quantitative research evaluating two-generation economic and social support interventions across prenatal, perinatal, pediatric, and family medicine clinics. Utilizing her bilingual English/Spanish fluency and strong community-grounded approach, Nicole evaluates how integrating medical and financial support services influences long-term family health, well-being, and social equity.
