Kennedy Anderson is a public health professional working at the intersection of health administration, health policy, and equity-focused care delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Science from Santa Clara University (2024), with minors in Management Information Systems and Ethnic Studies, and is currently pursuing her Executive Master of Public Health at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, with an expected graduation in 2026.

Kennedy currently serves as an Analyst within the Redwoods Program at DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, where she works on the Patient Engagement team supporting value-based kidney care models. In this role, she partners closely with clinic leaders, care coordinators, and cross-functional teams to analyze engagement data, improve care coordination workflows, and support initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease. Her work emphasizes translating data into actionable insights to enhance patient-centered care delivery within complex healthcare systems.

Her professional experience is grounded in rigorous, data-driven analysis and a strong commitment to health equity. Previously, Kennedy worked as a Summer Analyst at DaVita, where she functioned as an internal consultant applying quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate operational processes and improve program documentation and efficiency. She has also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Santa Clara University, contributing to dementia and Alzheimer’s research through statistical analysis and preparation of materials for reports and peer-reviewed journal submissions.
