Erica Cirineo, MPH is a dedicated healthcare professional and public health specialist serving as a Professional Development Associate in Nursing Professional Development at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). Joining CHLA shortly after earning her Executive MPH in 2024, she supports clinical workforce growth, operational training, and educational initiatives aimed at elevating nursing practice and patient care quality.

Erica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from American University before pursuing her graduate studies at UCLA. During her time in the Executive MPH program, she distinguished herself through academic excellence, leadership, and service to the field. In 2024, she was inducted into the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health, a national scholastic honor recognizing outstanding scholarship, dedication to public health principles, and leadership potential in advancing population health.
