D’Artagnan DeBow is a highly accomplished physician and clinical development leader who expertly blends medicine, business strategy, and public health systems thinking. Board-certified in Surgery and Critical Care, D’Artagnan holds an MD from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (2012), an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management (2024), complemented by a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) designation, and an MPH from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health (2026) through the Executive MPH (EMPH) program in Health Policy and Management.

As a former Medical Director at Amgen, he orchestrated global medical affairs strategies for their solid tumor pipeline and devised impactful external stakeholder engagement plans.
