Veronica Tayo is a dedicated healthcare professional focused on optimizing patient experience and strategic operational management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health from California State University, Northridge (2020), and is expected to graduate from the UCLA Executive Master of Public Health (EMPH) program in 2027.

 

Veronica currently excels as a Patient Liaison Executive Health at Cedars-Sinai, where she applies her expertise in Care Coordination to manage high-level patient services and ensure seamless navigation through the complex healthcare system. Her role involves supporting the specialized needs of executive patients, a position she advanced into after serving as a Patient Service Representative at the institution.

 

Prior to Cedars-Sinai, Veronica contributed to administrative and operational functions in Admissions and Registration at UCLA Health. Her professional focus is driven by strong interests in health policy, leadership, and international health policy, positioning her to leverage her practical experience to drive systemic change in healthcare management.
