The Health Scholar Program provides a 30-40 hour quality educational experience in combination with hands-on involvement, allowing participants to become part of the patient care team and assist with direct patient care. Scholars shift alongside nurses, physicians, allied health professionals and administrators while rotating through inpatient, outpatient and administrative settings.
COPE Health Scholar offers a number of programs that fit any stage in your journey towards becoming a healthcare professional.

Step 1: Complete an online application.
Step 2: Interview with a member of our Health Scholar team.
Step 3: Complete a background check.
Step 4: Schedule a clearance appointment.
Step 5: Pay your tuition.
Step 6: Train and pass exams.
Step 7: Start the program!
