The goal of this short program series is to facilitate law professionals' development of knowledge and context for practicing health law. Topics include: health system organization & financing; medical terminology; regulation, contracts & litigation in the U.S. health system; familiarity with policies & changes in health services delivery.
The series is optimally attended by participants practicing law, supporting law offices, or enrolled in law school. Discussion of healthcare regulation, contracts, and litigation will assume an understanding of general law terms.
