Leon Cristobal is a versatile healthcare leader with extensive expertise spanning clinical technology, health system operations, non-profit executive management, and biopharmaceuticals. As an EMPH student, Leon was selected out of more than 2,000 applicants as one of Kaiser Permanente’s “Challenge Possible Idea Lab Accelerators.” His career highlights include serving as Lead Project Manager for Clinical Technology at Kaiser Permanente, Service Line Operations Manager at City of Hope, Executive Director for Blood Cancer United (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), and Oncology Sales Consultant at Bayer, driving advances in specialized cancer care and operational excellence across Southern California.
