Jessica Pham is an Administrative Assistant for the Community Education and Outreach Department at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, where she serves as a vital liaison between executive leadership and education program leads, keeping the department’s initiatives running smoothly and effectively. In this role, she supports the coordination of departmental operations and tracks the progress of education and outreach initiatives, ensuring they are executed smoothly and that leadership stays aligned with the needs of community-facing teams. Her work behind the scenes plays a key role in helping the department deliver accessible reproductive and sexual health education to the community.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Jessica is a proud first-generation college graduate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Policy, with a minor in Health Informatics, from the University of California, Irvine. During her time at UCI, she gained hands-on experience across a range of healthcare settings as an Admissions Representative at Hoag Hospital, a Data Health Equity Intern at AdvanceOC, and a Care Management & Operations, and Administration & Compliance Intern at Kaiser Permanente. These diverse roles sparked a deep passion for health equity, education, and prevention-focused care, and shaped her commitment to making healthcare more accessible for all.

Now, as she builds on this foundation with new knowledge from the UCLA EMPH program, Jessica is setting her sights on a career in program development and health leadership with a clear mission to advance health equity and create lasting health changes within underserved communities.
